Order Process & Policies of Grenfell Armouring Services

1. Select item, discuss requirements
2. Confirm order via email & or phone, with payment  (prices subject to change based on current conversion rates)
3. Delivery lead-times – all items vary and the best timing will be detailed upon rec’t of confirmed order.
4. Product available for shipment – final payment required
5. Shipment is usually via Australia Post, alternatives available please discuss with me.
6. Final payment rec’d goods shipped and Order advice will be supplied via email to you.
7. Warranties will apply via manufacturers standard procedures &  specified instructions.   All warranty claims for firearms and equipment, must be returned to Grenfell Armouring Services for inspection and determination of the cause for rectification or replacement.
